Terms of Use

Last updated: 31 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the WealthBro website or invest through us. WealthBro is a brand of Nataraj Malavade, an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-358619). By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are and what we do

We are a mutual fund distributor. We help you invest in mutual fund schemes and service those investments. We are not a SEBI Registered Investment Adviser or Research Analyst, and we do not charge you an advisory or portfolio management fee.

Alpha SIP is a model allocation offered in our capacity as a distributor. Any support we provide on allocation or execution is incidental to our distribution services. You review and approve every transaction, and your holdings stay in your own name with the mutual fund companies.

2. How we earn

We earn commission from mutual fund companies on investments made through us in regular plans. This commission is included in the scheme’s published expense ratio. Details of the commission we receive for any scheme are available on request. Direct plans of the same schemes, which carry no distributor commission, are also available from the mutual fund companies.

3. Market risk and no guarantee

  • Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.
  • Past performance, backtests and simulations shown on this website are illustrative only. They may not be repeated and are not a promise or guarantee of future returns.
  • The value of your investments can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than you invested.
  • Information on this website is general and is not a recommendation that any scheme is suitable for you.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Give us complete and accurate information, including your contact details and KYC documents.
  • Read the scheme information documents and understand the risks before you invest.
  • Review your account statements and tell us promptly about anything that looks wrong.
  • Keep your login details for any investment platform private.

5. Third-party platforms

Account opening and transactions take place on third-party platforms, such as our onboarding partner, the mutual fund companies and their registrars. Their own terms and policies apply to those services, and we are not responsible for their availability or errors.

6. Website content

All content on this website, including text, charts, videos and tools, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish or resell it without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any investment loss, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this website or from market movements. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law or regulation.

8. Complaints

If you have a complaint, contact us first on WhatsApp at +91 78995 45777. We aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can approach the mutual fund company concerned, AMFI, or SEBI through its SCORES platform (scores.sebi.gov.in).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
